December: The worst month

I know I never get on here anymore. Hell, I get online maybe once a month...but I wanted to put a little note in here about my kitty Tupac. All of my close friends know that I love my cats....I've been accused of taking too many photos of them more than once. Well, I had to put Tupac down on 12-21-07. I've felt grief in my life before, but never like this. It was so sudden....took him into the vet for a cough, turns out he had a tumor blocking his throat. I had to make the call, and I believe I made the right one for Tupac. Still hard though.....
Wish I could cancel Christmas.....I was trying to explain to my husband a few weeks ago why this time of year depresses me. Bad stuff happens in these wintry months in my world. This year was no different.
I'm all for dropping December off the calendar forever. Christmas in July from now on.



I love you Tupac.

I'm good. Still teaching. Still drawing and painting when I get the time. I make a lot of jewellery and make my own glass beads, it's great fun! Did you ever get published? You were looking into deals for a book right, or film stories or something?
